01SOURCING

We follow the orchards of growers we have worked with for years across Turkey's leading apple regions, and set pre-harvest quality criteria together with them.

02HARVEST & INTAKE

Picked at the right time, checked on arrival.

Harvest dates are set by maturity measurements. Every lot arriving at the facility passes intake control and enters the cold chain the same day.

03PACKING

Consistent calibration through optical grading.

Fruit is sorted by size, colour and quality class on the optical line, then packed and labelled to each customer's specification.

04LOGISTICS

Dispatch planned around your order.

Dispatch plans are built per order and shipped to domestic and export destinations under the transport conditions the fruit and the distance require.
