MOONFRUIT builds strong partnerships with trusted growers it has worked with for many years across Turkey's leading apple regions. We follow the orchards through the season and set maturity and quality criteria together with the grower before harvest.
Post-harvest work is completed at our own facility: controlled-atmosphere storage, packing on an optical grading line and refrigerated dispatch. The fruit reaches the customer at the standard it left the orchard.
